Runner's

Under the bridge near Jukjeon Area. It was interesting how the river did not reflect this runner's shadow. Was it due to speed or else??
This was taken at 11pm.. notes hows Korean admired health? And even he/she was not the only runner, He/she was the only shadowless runner I found.
